Custom Agreement:

Once your order is reviewed, you will be given a quote for the piece. A deposit of 10% is necessary to begin the work. Custom orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to create. Shipping times may increase this timeline. *** if you have a tight timeline, consider shopping my current stock. Each order will be made specifically for you in mind and will be created to the closest possible likeness of what you are requesting, but due to the nature of ceramics, many things can occur from start to finish which would make your order change slightly, including a delayed creation time, and varying changes to the design itself including minor variations in color, slight size discrepancies, etc. Keep in mind that if you have a very specific idea of what you want, it may be different than the item produced unless you have an exact photo of what you are wanting (Feel free to send inspiration photos!) If you are for any reason unhappy with the finished product created, I am happy to work with you to get a piece that you are satisfied with. However, if the completed piece is highly specific to a certain design, the product that you are unhappy with will be discounted but you are still responsible to pay for materials used. The new product will be full price. If there is a flaw in the craftsmanship or quality of the custom piece, a new piece will be created at no cost. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out! My greatest desire is for you to end up with a piece that you absolutely love, either for yourself or as a gift!

FAQs

Custom pieces take a minimum of two weeks to make, that does not include shipping times. A timeline will be given to you when you order a custom piece depending on your needs and every effort will be taken to stay true to that timeline. *** due to the unpredictable nature of hand-made pottery, there can be circumstances that delay the original timeline, so the buyer understands that though the time given will be the absolute goal, each item being created may be delayed.
The items that have been ordered will ship within 3 business days of their completion.
Every effort will be made to combine larger purchases to save the buyer and cut down on shipping costs!
Due to the nature of custom pieces being specific to someone's needs, they cannot be returned. However, if there is a structural fault or a blatant error on the side of Remari in the discussed design or presentation, the piece will be re-made at no cost to the buyer.

FAQs

All pottery is used with materials that are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe! EXCEPT***If your item has gold lustre on it, it cannot go in the microwave or dishwasher
I use a cone 6 oxidation stoneware (various colors) for my pieces. Pottery starts as wet clay, gets shaped (wheel-thrown or hand-built from a slab), dried and trimmed, then fired in a kiln to 1000 degrees (called Bisque firing) before getting glazed. The glaze is painted on and then it is fired one more time to over 2000 degrees F before it is mature pottery!
Remari pottery is made by me in my home studio in Fort Benton, MT. I create, fire and glaze all my own pieces in each step of the process!
Each pottery piece is created individually and so the sizes vary. You will see a visual representation of size in the photo description but make sure to reach out prior to purchase if you are unsure if the item's size will work!
